WORKOUT OF THE DAY
1. Heavy Bag - 2 x 3 minute rounds
2. Focus Mitts - 1 x 5 minute round
3. Thai Pads - 4 x 3 minute rounds
4. Shields for Roundhouse and push kicks
A1. Zercher Squat - 3,2,1,3,2,1,2 (HEAVY)(75, 80, 85,85, 90, 95-100%)
A2. Bench Press - same rep scheme as above
Then: 1 set of Zercher Squat and Bench Press both at 80% of 1 RM for max reps
SM WORK CAPACITY
B1. H.O.H. Rope Row + Prowler Push - 50ft each
B2. 1-Arm Farmer Walk (HEAVY!!!) - 50 yards total(25yds L/R)
1. Meditation and Breathing technique
2. Upper body mobility
3. Lower body mobility
4. Thoracic Spine mobility
