(Strength Endurance Focus)
*Complete each exercise for :30 each with a fast transition to the next exercise. Rotate the the 3 exercises for a total of 3 rounds.
1. Diagonal Shoulder Extension Alternating(:30 L and :30 R)
2. Push Ups w/Feet in Straps
3. Foot in Strap 1 leg split Squat(L x :30) + 1 leg DL(L x :30)
Same with RIGHT side
- 3 rounds –
Perform each exercise for 1 minute, back to back. Rest :30 between each round, perform 3 rounds total.
