Phillip Teixeira is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer (NASM) and balance specialist. Phillip is certified in Kettle bell, USA Weightlifting, and Attitude National Jon North lifting. Has also completed Crossfit level 1. Phillip has trained top level athletes in football and Crossfit. Focusing on the why not so much the how.

Phillip has been dedicated to fitness for over 15 years. His journey started with high school football and wrestling, this led to a 10-2 MMA record before finding the sport of fitness 2016 50th fittest man in the region and 500th fittest man in the world.
