CAROLINA KOHAN B.S, M.S, NASM, ACSM

Carolina is a graduate of Ithaca College where she earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Exercise Physiology and minor in Sport Nutrition. She further pursued a Masters Degree (M.S) at the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) in Exercise and Sport Science. Carolina is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

As a former collegiate Cross-Country and Track & Field athlete Carolina developed a strong work ethic that is evident with her training philosophy. Her extensive education and years in the fitness industry has provided her with the skills to establish a facility that enables busy professionals, athletes, and the fitness enthusiast to get the most efficient workout with guaranteed results. All programs are designed and tailored with the H.I.T. Fit training method to meet the specific fitness and performance goals of the individual allowing for the most effective outcome. Her drive and constant thirst for professional development keeps her at the cutting edge of the sport science and fitness industry.

KEVIN KOHAN B.S, NASM-PES, ACSM

Kevin is a graduate of William Paterson University where he earned All-American Honors as a collegiate Football player, and Wrestler. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology. Kevin is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Kevin is also a certified GYM JONES instructor.

Over the years Kevin has worked with professional and amateur athletes, military personnel, law enforcement and countless weekend warriors. His background in athletics such as boxing and MMA has instilled a very disciplined training philosophy. Kevin's unorthodox training method incorporates a variety of H.I.T. Fit techniques and skills that are on the cutting edge of functional and sport development. With his extensive experience in the strength and conditioning field, Kevin guarantees your performance goals will be achieved.

CRAIG HUTCHINS NASM, NESTA

Craig attended University of North Carolina Greensboro where he earned his bachelors of science in biochemistry. Craig is certified by the national exercise and sports training Association (NESTA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

As a former soccer athlete, Craig has always been interested in fitness. Four years ago, due to the HIT Fitness Training Methods and losing 25 lbs, Craig’s passion for fitness was taken to another level. Craig believes in using positive encouragement for his clients to achieve their goal.

SEAN JACOBSON NASM-CPT

Sean Jacobson is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and weight loss coach. Sean is an extreme sport enthusiast and through his years in various activities, he has learned the importance of proper conditioning and injury prevention training. At the age of 14, Sean reached his highest weight of 220lbs and knew he had to make a change and create a healthy lifestyle. Sean became dedicated to his exercise routine and his nutrition and lost a total of 70lbs. It was then that he fell in love with fitness and wanted to assist others with reaching their goals. As a coach at HIT Fitness Warehouse Sean develops fitness and athletic programs for clients to ensure proper progression and adaptation to prevent injury.

Sean's passion comes from the heart. He possesses the ability to motivate others to reach their desired goals. This is witnessed in the achievement of the results each client gains. Sean's mission is to motivate, teach and support each client through their fitness journey.

PHILLIP TEIXEIRA NASM-CPT

Phillip Teixeira is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer (NASM) and balance specialist. Phillip is certified in Kettle bell, USA Weightlifting, and Attitude National Jon North lifting. Has also completed Crossfit level 1. Phillip has trained top level athletes in football and Crossfit. Focusing on the why not so much the how.

"What animal are you?"

Phillip has been dedicated to fitness for over 15 years. His journey started with high school football and wrestling, this led to a 10-2 MMA record before finding the sport of fitness 2016 50th fittest man in the region and 500th fittest man in the world. Currently his journey has taken him to 2017 state champion in BMX. Now be on the lookout for his motivational You Tube channel as well as his PLC Seminar.
