TRX/Core class description: TRX/Core class minimizes your training time by working your entire body allowing you to switch from one exercise to the next in just seconds! this 30 minute total body class will help you develop strength, power and stability by engaging your core, upper and lower body simultaneously. TRX suspension training will force you to use coordinated muscle movements that challenges you like no other workout in just 30 minutes! Great for all levels.

Our Warrior Bootcamps are challenging CrossFit and SealFit style design that will push you physically and mentally to your performance/fitness limits. The training methods are integrated, functional and in many aspects, primitive. 

We also Incorporate: Sand Bag Training Techniques, Sled Dragging, Kettle bells, Battle Ropes, Tires, Sledge Hammers and much more! If you are truly serious about improving your performance and fitness level this is the class for you.

STRETCH TECHNIQUES

This 60 minute Stretch techniques class begins by foam rolling deep myofascial tissue beneath the muscle. This allows increase blood flow response to help the muscles elasticity so proper stretching can occur. The class uses various mobility tools such as resistance bands, PVC pipes and your own body weight through various positioning to help increase range of motion in joints, ligaments, and muscle. Every class ends with a Shavasana to help bring a deep, meditative state of rest, which helps in the repair of tissues and cells, and in releasing stress.

ADULT SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS (S.A.Q.)

Our Adult S.A.Q. Class is great for anyone looking to improve his/her overall athletic performance regardless of age, gender, skill level or sport. Our S.A.Q. Class is designed for active adults looking for a unique sport oriented workout. The 60 minute program is designed for those individuals who still want to train like an athlete to enhance their particular sport or activity. 

Every session provides a variety of sport-specific drills which are all fun, fast-paced, and will get you into your prime athletic shape. The result is an increase in overall fitness, as well as improved metabolism, coordination, speed, agility and power.

WARRIOR COMBAT

Warrior combat is a 60 minute high intensity (HIT) circuit training class. It includes full body fat burning movements geared to maximize caloric burn through the advanced science of muscle variability effect. 

Warrior combat will condition the whole body by providing intense cardio intervals paired with strength circuits to boost lean muscle, and increase strength.

SLL - Strength, Lift, Learn

SLL or Strength, Lift, Learn is geared to, not simply, give an intense muscle building workout but also teach you life-long skills you can implement to sustain a healthy active and fit lifestyle. We will teach you the ABCs of correct weight lifting techniques to maximize your workout while staying safe and injury free! Education and execution is the prime focus of this class.
