‘World’s Greatest Five Minute Flexibility Flow’
Creak, creak, creak!
Is that the sound of your joints make each morning when you get up?
Want to move like you did 10 years ago?
You can, you have just been neglecting your flexibility routine for some time.
As we age, if we don't use it we lose it. Our flexibility that is. Staying mobile and supple doesn't take much but it does take consistency. No need for marathon stretching sessions. No hanging you up by your ankles. Just a simple easy to follow daily 5- minute flexibility flow. 5 minutes, that's it!
Over the next seven days, we are going to start you on a journey to getting your flexibility back.
Will this make you Gumby by the end of 7 days?
No.
But your body will feel better, your joints will move better, and, if you keep up the consistency, you will be moving like a graceful gazelle in no time.
We are going to keep the same flexibility flow every day this week. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity.
This stuff works! You just need to do it EVERY SINGLE DAY!
The key to increasing your flexibility is CONSISTENCY!
If you do this routine every single day I guarantee you will notice a difference.
Also, you can do these exercises anytime throughout the day-whenever is most convenient for you. At the start of your day, end of your day or before/after your workout are all great times to complete your programs. Just be sure to set a reminder or alarm. This helps with accountability and will help build consistency while making progress.

Flexibility Flow
Instructions:
• Find a timer or stopwatch
• A gymboss or the gymboss app works great
• Circuit from one exercise to the next with minimal rest in-between exercises
• Perform each exercise for 30 seconds (or just follow the video flow) for a total of 5 minutes (or other option is for you to follow the

1. Cobra
2. Downward Facing Dog
3. Spiderman Left Foot + Left Hand Overhead Rotations
4. Downward Facing Dog
5. Spiderman Right Foot + Right Hand Overhead Rotations
6. High Plank Walk to Deep Squat Hold
7. Pigeon Stretch Left + Hand Crossover Walk
8. High Plank Walk to Deep Squat Hold
9. Pigeon Mobilizations Right + Hand Crossover Walk
10. High Plank Walk to Deep Squat Hold
