Testimonial from Platoon Commander in the Marine Corps
One of the greatest struggles as a Platoon Commander in the Marine Corps is grinding through the fast-paced operational tempo while trying to maintain the highest level of physical fitness needed to compete and survive. You may think we face vastly different challenges, but I assure we have one in common- TIME. How can I do my job yet also find the time to focus on my physical fitness? Kevin Kohan had the answer I was looking for.
Kevin and I go back years; during my time as an All-State football player at St. Thomas, my career as a heavyweight wrestler at the United States Naval Academy, and now in my current job as a Marine. I’ve needed specific guidance during those different stages in my life and he was always there to provide outstanding advice, whether it involved rehabilitation of an injury, my nutrition, or recommendations for a workout program best suited for my needs.
Kevin got me hooked on the Operator Fitness Program back in 2017 when I was training to compete in a 33-mile combat endurance hike. The program has a dynamic balance between cardio, recovery, and strength workouts which gave me everything I needed. Because of my job, the back-to-back field operations, and deployment schedule, I go quite a bit of time without access to a gym. But as soon as I get back to normal life, the Operator Fitness Program let me bounce back to my peak in a matter of days. I cannot say enough good things about this program, other than it works and I guarantee you will see results.
