Each month at HIT FITNESS WAREHOUSE we highlight one of our members that has put extraordinary effort into his or her fitness to such a level that their energy is contagious and spreads to others throughout the gym. Carrie G. is our very first “Solo” Warrior Of the Month! She straight up Earned It!!!

QUESTIONS:
Q1: Since being a member at HIT Fitness Warehouse, has your understanding of fitness and your health changed?
A: Absolutely! It's not just about showing up to class and being told what to do - it's an understanding of the benefits of the workouts, the movements we do, the correct form, the importance of nutrition in conjunction with exercise, and understanding that this is a lifestyle to maintain long term results and make this commitment to yourself for a healthier life.
Q2: You have done a great job staying consistent to a plan so what’s your secret to finding time to exercise?
A : Thank you! Planning is key to fitting in exercise. I try my best to keep a consistent weekday schedule and adjust where I need to depending on my workload. Also, scheduling the classes using the app in advance really helps.
Q3: Do you have suggestions for those who seem to think they don’t have time to exercise?
A: There is always time if you really make exercise important to you. Make it a gift to yourself. Start out slow, add a couple of days and then add more once you get more into a routine. If you start out of the gate with an unrealistic expectation, you'll struggle and get frustrated and the regiment falls to the wayside.
Q4: Do you have any tips for beginners just starting out?
A: Don't be afraid to try something you have never done before and don't be intimidated by the fitness level of others. The coaches at Hit Fitness have been extremely supportive in my journey and so have the other Warriors. We are a family that lifts each other and that is so important when you are first starting your fitness journey.
Q5: What benefits and results have you noticed since you began at HIT Fitness Warehouse?
A : Physically, I can perform better in my day to day life. I have more stamina and better balance and coordination. When I first began, I couldn't even perform a weighted lunge and now my form is more on point and I am increasing weights. I have lost 2 shirt sizes and a pants size and have been incorporating more clean eating in my diet. Mentally and emotionally, I have better focus, a better work/life balance, confidence in myself, and increased body positivism. I have new found pride in myself and what has been accomplished so far and I look forward in continuing my journey with Hit Fitness and the entire Warrior family!
